Falcon
How it worksSix simple steps

From everyday work to correct account books.

Every entry in Falcon takes the same path. It is recorded where the work happens, checked before it is final, put into the books by Falcon's fixed rules, matched with the bank, and kept with its full history. The AI helps you ask and prepare. It never sits in the middle.

One set of books

All six go into the same books.

  1. Sell
  2. Buy
  3. Money
  4. Stock
  5. People
  6. Tax
Step 1 of 6

Your invoices

When you make an invoice, Falcon checks it and then records it in the books.

01Six steps

Work → Check → Approve → Record → Match → Ask

  1. Work
  2. Check
  3. Approve
  4. Record
  5. Match
  6. Ask
Step 01

Work

Your team does their normal work: invoices, purchase bills, bank entries, stock, salaries and tax. Each thing is recorded once, where it happens.

  1. 01

    Work

Your team does their normal work: invoices, purchase bills, bank entries, stock, salaries and tax. Each thing is recorded once, where it happens.

  2. 02

    Check

Falcon checks the entry against business and accounting rules. Mistakes are caught here, while they are still easy to fix.

  3. 03

    Approve

Important entries go to a second person for approval. Everyone can see who prepared it and who approved it.

  4. 04

    Record

Falcon's fixed rules put the entry into the account books. The books, not the AI and not a spreadsheet, hold the true numbers.

  5. 05

    Match

Bank entries, stock and records are matched against the books, checked, closed for the month and kept. Month-end becomes calmer.

  6. 06

    Ask

Ask the AI questions in plain words, or let it draft an action for you to preview and confirm. You stay in control.

02One invoice, start to finish

Follow one sales invoice into the books.

The same six steps (Prepare, Check, Approve, Record, Match, History) on one sample invoice. Click through it.

  1. Prepare
  2. Check
  3. Approve
  4. Record
  5. Match
  6. History
Step 1 of 6

Someone makes the invoice

A sales invoice for ₹48,200 is made. It is only a draft, so nothing is in the books yet.

03Match

Falcon suggests the match. A person says yes.

Bank entries are matched with the invoices and bills already in the books. Falcon suggests a match, a person confirms it, and only then is it final.

Talon carries the bank entry to the right invoice.

  1. Bring in
  2. Suggest
  3. Confirm
  4. Not sure

Bank entries come in

Your bank entries come into Falcon, like a ₹48,200 payment from a customer.

04Ask

The AI helps you ask and prepare. It never keeps the books.

Ask questions about your real numbers and get clear answers. Or let the AI prepare an entry: you see a preview, you confirm, and Falcon records it.

  1. Cash
  2. Owed to us
  3. GST
  4. Books OK?
Question 1 of 4

How much cash do we have?

₹6.2 lakh in two bank accounts, counting only bank entries a person has confirmed.

Example answers with made-up numbers. In Falcon, answers come from your own books, and the AI never changes them.
