Falcon
Moving your dataMoving from Tally or spreadsheets

Changing software should not mean typing your old accounts again.

Bring your existing data into Falcon step by step. Problems are fixed before anything is recorded, and you end up with one clean set of books. We move your data carefully. We never just copy it blindly.

Bring in. Check. Fix. Record.

Nothing goes into the books until a person has fixed every problem Falcon found.

Step 01

Plan

We agree what comes across: customer, supplier and item lists, unpaid bills, opening balances, which months, and how you work today. We confirm this with you before starting.

    Plan

  2. 02

    Bring it in

Data from Tally and other supported sources goes into a holding area. Nothing is recorded in the books yet.

  3. 03

    Find problems

Falcon shows problems like the same supplier entered twice, accounts with no match, or balances that do not add up.

  4. 04

    Fix them

A person fixes each problem: joins duplicates, picks the right account, or corrects a balance with a note. Every fix is recorded.

  5. 05

    Record in Falcon

Only the fixed, clean data goes into Falcon's books, with the same checks as any other entry.

  6. 06

    Run both, then switch

Your team starts working in Falcon while finance checks that the numbers agree. You switch over when you are ready, not by surprise.

02Try it yourself

Nothing can be recorded until every problem is fixed.

Try the sample move. Fix three common problems (a supplier entered twice, an opening balance that does not match, and an account with no match) before anything can be recorded.

Questions about moving to Falcon.

Moving your data and getting started

Can we move our old data into Falcon?

Yes. Falcon can bring in data from Tally and other supported sources. The data first lands in a holding area. Problems like duplicate names or balances that do not match are shown to a person, who fixes them. Only then is the data recorded in the books. We confirm exactly what will be moved before you start.

Does Falcon file every GST and tax return automatically?

We do not promise that. Falcon prepares the numbers. Whether a return is filed from inside Falcon, through a partner service, or outside depends on what is available and set up for your business. We tell you exactly what is covered before you buy.

What happens in a Falcon walkthrough?

You tell us about one part of your business that causes the most trouble at month-end: invoices, purchases, bank entries, stock, salaries, the books, or all of them. We show you how Falcon would handle that exact work. No generic slideshow.

Next step

Tell us what you use today.

Tally, spreadsheets, or a mix of tools: we will show you what problems Falcon would find in your data, and what switching over looks like.

No generic slideshow. Just show us how your business works today.
